In order to strengthen the progressive protection of human rights, we have tried to build a space in which anyone who has a truly progressive opinion and legal construction can find shelter. Law and its interpretation evolve to the extent that different voices are heard and different opinions are discussed with scientific rigor.

We currently publish the journal Tiempo de Derechos (Time of Rights), whose objectives are: to serve as a receptacle for novel legal constructions and to serve as a stage in which the plurality of thought converges for the construction of consensus and critical analysis.
