HISTORY
The Foundation was born from the union of wills of four responsible and supportive Mexicans in the transformation of an inclusive Mexico, with solid values and particularly concerned about the defense of Human Rights. We consider it of utmost importance to promote its proper interpretation, taking the dignity of the person as its guiding axis.
Thus, the foundation aims to support without any profit, in everything that involves the promotion, dissemination and protection of human rights.
Our efforts are focused on free legal representation in paradigmatic cases, strategic litigation in national and international courts, as well as on promoting dissemination and education with an analytical and critical sense.
In June 2020, we suffered the sensitive loss of one of the Founding Partners, Mr. Sergio Salvador Aguirre Anguiano. His legacy is still alive in his work and in the people he touched with his knowledge and vision of Law and Justice. In his memory, we renew our commitment to promote the proper exercise of human rights and the defense of those who need it most.
MISSION
To promote, disseminate and defend Human Rights, with an approach based on Human Dignity and the protection of life, family and religious freedom, especially of the most vulnerable individuals and groups.

To achieve greater acceptance and use of the concept of Human Dignity, both in judicial decisions and in public opinion, reducing the impact of movements contrary to our Mission.
